Special Session 7
NANOENGINEERING (SS7)

Nanoengineering session will feature lectures on the application of nanomaterials across various fields of science and everyday life. Particular emphasis will be placed on discussing issues related to nanomaterials, including carbon-based nanomaterials in medicine.

The session will feature lectures by scientists specializing in biomedical engineering, materials science, and related fields.

Topics to be covered include:

  • carbon nanomaterials
  • diamond coatings
  • carbon and metal nanoparticles
  • as well as their applications in the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries and as drug delivery systems.

This also allows for lectures in the fields of physics, optoelectronics, and other scientific disciplines, provided they address issues related to innovative application solutions—such as the use of nanoparticles or coatings as diffusion barriers.

We are also open to topics related to the use of nanomaterials in combating environmental fallout and in decorative applications, considering their unique properties.

We particularly invite researchers to deliver lectures on bioactive food packaging, with a focus on innovative, modern nanomaterials that are safe for human health and the environment.
